Responsibilities

  Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls using multi-line phone systems
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Document interactions accurately in the system
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 
  
  
  Education:
  
  
  
  
  Associate's Degree or higher
  
  
  
  
  (required by client)
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  OR
  
  
  
  
  Completed Certification/Licensed Program Training above High School (Healthcare/IT/Etc)
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Experience:
  
  
  
  
  Minimum 1 year in a call center
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multi-line phone systems
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Experience handling customer inquiries and processing orders
  
  
  
  



• 
  
  
  Background in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industries is a
  
  
  
  
  plus
