This is an in-office position.

Department: 1140 Call Center

Job Summary: Answer incoming switchboard calls from the public/customers and route them as requested. Be able to adapt easily to a changing work environment. Utilize troubleshooting and decision making skills to resolve questions. Take on corporate assignments as assigned.

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Process incoming calls, obtains necessary information to transfer calls to department, personnel and/or extension.
• Provides administrative support to call center department by distributing information, documents, and other materials as needed.
• Correspond with our customers through inbound or outbound calls
• Other duties as assigned
• Meet quality and performance standards
• Maintain confidentiality of bank record and documents

Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate easily on basic computer functions
• Good customers service orientation skills.
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
• Flexible to work schedule
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education & Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months in an office environment with some receptionist experience desired
