Urgent Care Physician: Flexible Evenings & Telemedicine

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician to care for patients across ages in an urgent care setting. You will document records, coordinate with teams, and participate in flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. You must be board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics, hold an active license, and have experience in fast-paced outpatient care. This role reports to the Medical Director of Urgent Care and offers part-time hours with a base plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Included Health
