Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

Position We are looking for a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the school year. Hourly Rate Range $53.00-$61.00 per hour Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide supervision and training to Behavior Interventionists and staff. Analyze data and adjust interventions based on student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Support implementation of behavior strategies across school environments. Maintain compliance with South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) and IDEA regulations. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
