Registered Nurse RN 5000 Bonus

Valley View Village, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! Staff enjoy a favorable staff‑to‑resident ratio which allows us to provide exceptional care and build meaningful relationships with residents. Our community qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in Iowa after 120 qualifying payments. We’re also introducing new staffing patterns and shifts designed to enhance flexibility and work‑life balance for our team. We are offering a $5,000 bonus for the evening shift.
