Surgical Account Manager (NW Indiana)

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Account Manager for Northwest Indiana to drive demand across surgical product portfolios including stapling, energy, suture, and electrosurgery solutions. The remote position requires regional territory coverage and strategic account management focused on surgeon adoption and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive surgeon demand across Surgical Center of Technology product portfolio including stapling, energy, and access products
• Develop and execute strategic account-level contractual strategies and optimize contract categories
• Lead quarterly customer business reviews and manage relationships with clinical and economic decision-makers
• Support field distribution partnerships and engage key opinion leaders to expand product adoption
• Achieve disposable and hardware sales quotas while improving opportunity forecasting accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 6+ years sales/clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
• Associate's degree plus 4+ years relevant medtech or life sciences experience
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
• Residence within 50 miles of Northwest Indiana territory and valid driver's license
• Proven medical device sales track record, preferably in surgical fields
• CRM software proficiency (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Strong clinical environment knowledge and stakeholder communication abilities
