Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them meet functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers in therapy methods to foster ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify approaches as necessary to ensure patients remain on their recovery path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Relevant continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certification Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
