Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Mechanicstown, Pennsylvania. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality care in an outpatient setting. Candidates are required to bring their licensure documentation on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (10 hours each); 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Fridays with some flexibility.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; maintenance of an active/applicable license for Pennsylvania; current licensure in good standing; completion of all mandated continuing education requirements; ethical practice in accordance with professional code of conduct.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired.
• Additional Information: The position requires comprehensive evaluation of patients, accurate medical record documentation, participation in student programs, ongoing professional development, adherence to state practice regulations, and active engagement in quality improvement initiatives.
