Event Tenant Experience Coordinator

UG2 is seeking an energetic and service-driven Event & Tenant Experience Coordinator to support programming, tenant engagement, and community activations at Lyrik Back Bay. This role plays a key part in delivering elevated, hospitality-focused experiences that bring the property’s dynamic mixed-use environment to life. At the center of Lyrik is a vibrant, multi-level open-air plaza connecting office, retail, dining, and hospitality. This position will help activate that space through thoughtful programming, seamless event execution, and meaningful tenant engagement. Key Responsibilities Tenant Experience & Engagement Coordinate and execute tenant-facing events, including wellness programming, networking events, and seasonal activations Support tenants in reserving and utilizing amenity spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas Serve as the primary on-site contact for tenant event logistics, including setup, A/V coordination, and space configuration Foster a strong sense of community through ongoing engagement initiatives and curated programming Plaza Programming & Activations Assist in the execution of public events and activations in partnership with the Marketing team Coordinate vendors, rentals, signage, and event logistics for plaza programming Act as the on-site host during events, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience Support seasonal activations that position Lyrik as a premier destination in Back Bay Event Operations & Logistics Oversee event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangements, signage, and materials distribution Partner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Janitorial teams to ensure seamless execution Ensure compliance with building policies, permits, and insurance requirements Maintain organization of storage areas, supplies, and event materials Marketing & Brand Support Collaborate with Marketing to promote events and enhance visibility Capture event content (photos/video) for social media and digital channels Provide logistical support for marketing campaigns and special initiatives Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, venue management, or experiential marketing (internships and contract roles included) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach Experience in customer-facing or hospitality-driven roles preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms Additional Requirements Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of event settings Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25–35 pounds as needed for event setup and operations #J-18808-Ljbffr UG2
