We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the way at The Pines Apartments a vibrant community of 100 apartment homes. You'll be the driving force behind keeping our property in top condition - safe, clean, efficient, and welcoming for every resident. What You'll Do: Lead, motivate, and support your maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service. Take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our apartment homes and community spaces. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, and more. Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours , with care and attention to detail. Proactively handle preventive maintenance to avoid surprises and costly repairs. Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal - pressure washing, debris removal, and more. Maintain inventory , track expenses, and stay ahead of maintenance needs. Rotate on-call duties and assist with weekend/holiday coverage as needed. Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and SPM procedures. Be a partner and problem solver - working closely with residents, vendors, and office staff to keep everything running smoothly.
