Patient Experience and Marketing Specialist

Join a Premier Cosmetic Surgery Practice We are seeking a creative, results-driven Practice Growth & Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand, generate qualified patient leads, and increase consultation bookings for our luxury plastic surgery practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines marketing creativity with a strong sales mindset. You'll be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media, executing marketing campaigns, nurturing prospective patients, and helping convert inquiries into consultations. Your Impact As a key member of our team, you'll play an important role in growing the practice by increasing brand awareness, attracting new patients, and supporting consultation conversions. Responsibilities - Digital Marketing, Brand Growth and Sales Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and patient acquisition. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar. Capture photos and videos of procedures, behind-the-scenes moments, patient testimonials, educational content, and office events while maintaining patient privacy and consent. Manage online reputation by monitoring reviews and responding professionally when appropriate. Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level experience for every patient from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and returning patients, building trust and lasting relationships. Convert incoming phone, text, email, and online inquiries into scheduled consultations. Educate patients on surgical and non-surgical procedures, treatment plans, financing options, and available services. Proactively recommend recurring aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions to existing patients. Help maximize patient retention and practice revenue through personalized follow-up and relationship management. Respond promptly to social media messages, website inquiries, phone calls, and online leads. Qualify prospective patients and educate them on surgical and non-surgical procedures. Build relationships with potential patients and guide them through the consultation process. Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations. Follow up with prospective patients to maximize consultation and treatment conversion. Maintain accurate lead tracking using CRM or practice management software. Analyze marketing performance and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and return on investment. Business Development Identify opportunities to grow referrals and strategic partnerships. Assist with community outreach, events, influencer collaborations, and promotional opportunities. Support implementation of new patient acquisition campaigns. Collaborate with leadership to achieve monthly and quarterly growth goals. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is both creative and analytical—someone who understands that great marketing ultimately drives measurable business growth. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (required), preferably in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, medical practices, luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services. Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, medical spas, cosmetic dentistry, luxury brands, or hospitality is highly preferred. Proven success generating leads and increasing sales through digital marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and emerging social platforms. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools. Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Comfortable appearing in videos and working alongside physicians and staff to create engaging content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented. Spanish fluency is a plus.
