Visa will accept applications for this role until at least 07-26-2026 Job Description Role Summary: Lead orchestration layer within VIA C&S platform ensuring seamless lifecycle flow across systems and partners. Hands-on role focused on API orchestration, lifecycle flow, and system integration. Responsibilities: Own lifecycle orchestration across systems Define API contracts and integration models Ensure data and lifecycle consistency Drive event-based architectures Bridge backend, partner, and experience layers Resolve integration and flow issues Enable partner onboarding (e.g., RS2) Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 10+ years in platform/integration roles Strong API and distributed systems experience Event-driven systems, partner integrations Core Competencies: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical global audiences. Metrics & Impact Driven: Ability to translate customer needs into solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Self-Starter: Autonomous and proactive, able to drive execution in ambiguous environments. Technical Depth: Strong systems thinking, ability to work with data/SQL and collaborate with senior engineering leaders. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and sharing knowledge effectively. Hands-on experience using AI/ML, generative AI, copilots, or agentic automation to enhance product discovery, requirements development, operational analysis, data investigation, and daily execution workflows. U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $131,600 to $233,700 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
