This is primarily a sales-focused position with some customer service responsibilities .

Compensation

$20/hour base + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

What You'll Do

• Follow up with warm leads and prospective customers
• Prepare insurance quotes and discuss coverage options
• Identify additional needs within our existing customer base
• Ask for the business and follow up consistently
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Assist customers with policy and billing needs as needed
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Confident and comfortable talking with customers
• Motivated by goals, commission and bonuses
• Dependable with strong follow-through
• Coachable, organized and willing to learn
• Comfortable asking for the business
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Licensing

No insurance experience or license is required to apply. If not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain your California Property & Casualty insurance license within 60 days of starting.
