Part Time Merchandiser

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers Execute store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles Capture display photos using the digital merchandising initiative (DMI) Build and maintain relationships with store personnel Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards Implement promotional displays according to the Retail Territory Manager’s negotiated plans Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events Communicate store‑level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce Lift, bend, and move products while following safety and compliance requirements Requirements Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location: Stirling, NJ Schedule availability required: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising principles and promotional displays. Capable of following safety and compliance requirements during physical tasks and communicating effectively with retail teams.
