Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $105,000 to $115,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support internal audit activities by evaluating processes controls and operational procedures across the organization.
• Participate in compliance reviews and testing activities to help assess effectiveness of financial controls.
• Assist with remediation tracking and follow up efforts to ensure identified issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to provide documentation and support audit requirements.
• Prepare audit workpapers reports and related documentation while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting internal audit or compliance related roles.
• Demonstrate experience supporting control assessments audit projects or financial compliance initiatives.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Be pursuing or hold a professional certification related to accounting auditing or information systems preferred.
