Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Monitor patient vital signs and provide direct patient care on the telemetry unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Valid RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• EPIC system experience required
• Ability to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
• Must pass day one pass/fail test and Relias testing during onboarding
