Company Culture & Benefits Professional, positive and people-centered work environment Modern, organized facility Clean, late model equipment Safety oriented atmosphere Open door policy Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc. Salary & Compensation Hourly rate: $29.25 - $33.50 Competitive weekly pay Overtime after 40 hours Quality Hours Quick advancement Stable and growing organization Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance inspections and services Support the tire maintenance program Perform service calls Wash and fuel equipment Perform other maintenance duties or assignments Provide assistance to senior technicians Lead the care and upkeep of the Maintenance Shop, grounds and all equipment and tools Maintain a clean, safe environment that complies with DOT, EPA, OSHA and Company standards Be proficient in paperwork and record keeping In conjunction with the Parts Department, assure that all necessary materials, parts, service/shop supplies are maintained at proper quantity levels Effectively handle special assignments as directed Able to maintain a quality hand tool inventory Communicate professionally with operations and/or operators Participate at a high level of teamwork Value our company culture Qualifications Basic math skills Fluent in English Able to pass a drug screen Physical Demands This position requires the ability to perform routine physical tasks associated with equipment maintenance and repair in a Service Center and Shop environment. Duties may include standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, lifting, and using hand and power tools, with work performed independently or in team settings as appropriate.
