What You'll Do

As our Assistant Bakery Manager, you'll partner with the Bakery Manager to keep daily operations running efficiently while supporting and developing our bakery team.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with overseeing daily bakery and café operations.
• Lead by example by supporting the team in baking, decorating, merchandising, and guest service as needed.
• Ensure all baked goods, beverages, and cakes meet Paris Baguette's quality and presentation standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and product quality.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, production schedules, and product freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery environment.
• Support scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and daily operational goals.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bakery, café, restaurant, or retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fresh baked goods, hospitality, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
