Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.* Model Leadership; Connect with the people that you lead; Multiply talent.* Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.* Operations: Full P&L responsibility.* Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.* Achieve operational goals/metrics.* Provide on the job training through self or others.* Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.**Your Qualifications*** Minimum of 18 years of age.* If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.* 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).* Full P&L experience.* Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.**THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION****Travel Requirements**Type of Travel Required: Regional Amount of Travel Required: <50%**Physical Requirements**This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
