We maintain a high-performance workplace with exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and growth since 1959.An Automotive Service Advisor sells and schedules needed service work in the service department.Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, retirement plans, PTO & paid holidays, employee discounts, and a referral bonus program.Pay is commission based with the potential to earn up to $120,000 per year.Essential duties include scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, writing up vehicle problems, test driving vehicles, advising customers on car care, providing cost estimates, establishing promised times, obtaining customer signatures, establishing payment methods, checking on repair progress, implementing service marketing programs, reviewing repair orders, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly, keeping service department materials up-to-date, explaining completed work, implementing quality control processes, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, and inspecting vehicles for body work.Marginal duties include being a team player, working in a fast-paced environment, effective communication, and other duties as assigned.Driving is an essential function of this position.
