Technical Consultant - Patient Monitoring

Responsibilities Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues Ensure reliable system performance by diagnosing and resolving system and network issues Support the full lifecycle of complex patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions Apply understanding of customer environments to optimize system implementations Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges using approved tools and methodologies Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations and support procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes Continuously build technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing efforts Requirements 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred Foundational understanding of IT systems and networking concepts Technical troubleshooting skills Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CCNA) Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel for business (75% travel requirement) Certifications & Qualifications CompTIA Network+ CCNA #J-18808-Ljbffr
