What Can You Expect 

• The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying, researching, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with the company’s long-term vision and core markets. This role blends relationship-based business development with disciplined market research, strategic planning, and team leadership.

What You Bring to the Table

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals, target markets, and geographic priorities.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and understand competitor positioning and pursuit behavior.
• Lead and implement the company’s Front Game strategy by identifying key relationships, mapping stakeholders, and planning intentional engagement.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of the company’s CRM system to track: Client relationships and contacts,  Market activity and intelligence, Opportunities, pursuits, and outcomes, Front Game engagement efforts.
• Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction.
• Proven Tenure within Atlanta, GA.
