Job Title:Associate - Finance & Transactions Job Location:Dallas, TX The Opportunity: We have exciting opportunities for Finance associates to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Dallas office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You: You have 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm; You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions; You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously; You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Texas).
