Client Service Associate -PLANO Texas-On Site Position Summary We are seeking a Client Service Associate who consistently provides exceptional service to all clients and demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks successfully, and a high level of technical proficiency. Essential Functions Client Servicing: Assist with client service needs, including processing requests, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate, and exceptional service. Client Onboarding: Support onboarding and ongoing data maintenance by collecting, reviewing, and organizing client information and required documentation. Money Movement: Process all forms of money movement—including checks, wires, journals, ACH, DAFs, and other transactions—with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, ensuring data integrity across all systems. Communications & Correspondence: Serve as a trusted point of contact for service‑related interactions with clients and custodians, exercising discretion and professionalism. Team Support: Provide backup support to the Client Service Team. Core Competencies Organizational Excellence: Ability to prioritize, structure information, and maintain efficient, scalable systems. Skills & Abilities Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 0–3 years of client service experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred. General knowledge of personal financial services is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, some PowerPoint) and experienced with CRM platforms and workflows. Job Status Employment Type: Full‑time FLSA Status: Exempt Telework Eligibility: Yes, after meeting eligibility requirements Department: Client Service (reports to Client Service Manager) Location: Plano, TX Work Schedule: Standard business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) are expected; however, additional time and schedule flexibility may be required based on workload, deadlines, or business needs. Compensation & Benefits: Client Service Associate - $50,000 base + 5% bonus, adjustable based on industry experience.
