Job Summary:

Provide diagnostic radiologic services by performing X-ray procedures under the supervision of a radiologist. Ensure high-quality imaging to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures.
  
  
• 
  Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure cooperation.
  
  
• 
  Maintain equipment, supplies, and recordkeeping to ensure smooth workflow.
  
  
• 
  Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies and industry regulations for quality and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Rad Tech within a medical imaging setting.
  
  
• 
  Hold current ARRT certification in Radiography.
  
  
• 
  Maintain active AHA BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in operating X-ray and imaging equipment.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong attention to detail and patient care skills.
  
  
• 
  Be willing to work holidays, including major holidays and one minor holiday, as specified.
