Join to apply for the Extrusion engineer role at Minth Serbia Job Purpose : Lead the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of aluminum extrusion processes to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Location: Loznica, Serbia Key Responsibilities Develop and improve aluminum extrusion processes including bending, milling, and machining operations. Validate and optimize process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency. Localize technologies and assess machining processes for accuracy and feasibility. Solve technical issues, implement process improvements, and drive cost reductions. Manage automation and robotic applications in extrusion processes, including programming and deployment. Support and train production staff on technical skills and process standards. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to extrusion processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to meet production goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in aluminum extrusion or machining processes. Proficient in CAD, UG, MasterCAM, and related software tools. Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, process control, and quality systems (IATF16949 preferred). Good command of English for communication.
