Gilchrist Inova, a joint venture of Gilchrist and Inova, seeks an experienced nurse leader to oversee clinical patient care delivery in a hospice setting across Northern VA. The role focuses on strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, and program development to ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate has 5+ years progressive clinical experience, including 2 in supervisory roles, and holds a Virginia RN license with a valid driver's license.
