Server – Fine Dining Restaurant
Javier’s Downtown is seeking energetic, professional, and guest-focused Servers to join our front-of-house team. We are an upscale, high-volume restaurant known for premium steaks, fresh seafood, and elevated Latin and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy delivering exceptional service, and want to earn great income through hourly pay plus strong tips, we want to meet you.
Server Responsibilities
● Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
● Guide guests through the menu, including food, wine, and cocktail recommendations.
● Accurately take and enter orders while maintaining efficiency during busy service.
● Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
● Anticipate guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
● Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
● Handle payments and transactions accurately.
Qualifications
● Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
● Fine dining or high-volume experience is a plus.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
● Professional appearance and positive attitude.
● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
