Job Overview A law firm seeks an admitted litigation attorney for a full-time or part-time position in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves working on insurance coverage and litigation matters, offering opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment. Duties Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage correspondence. Conduct depositions and engage in motion practice. Appear in court for various proceedings. Prepare for trials and interact directly with clients. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. Experience in insurance coverage and litigation preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admitted to practice law in New York. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills.
