We are the premier leader in lash extensions and luxury salon services including lash lifts, brow lamination, lash and brow tinting, and threading. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced front desk sales associate who is ready to grow into a leadership role. As the first face of our salon, you will set the tone by creating unforgettable luxury level guest experiences. You'll thrive if you:
- Excel in customer service
- Are confident promoting and selling memberships that provide real value to our guests
- Bring a positive and upbeat attitude to every shift
- Have a natural drive for sales, organization, multi tasking, and leadership.
COMPENSATION:
- Range $18-$20 hourly depending on experience level
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Proven experience in retail sales and guest relations/customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends and during the day on Monday
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
- Hourly wage; commensurate with experience + Commissions on sales
- Growth opportunities to assistant manager or manager

- Sunday 11:30am-5:30pm
- Monday 8:30am-2:30pm
- Friday 8:30am-12:30pm
- Saturday 1:30pm-6:30pm
