Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills, knowledge, and professionalism while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health, documenting findings and updating care plans accordingly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional development and clinical practice.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required for certain positions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
