Compensation: Earning potential: $60,000–$70,000 annually based on productivity model; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time (Exempt) or W-2 Part-Time (Non-Exempt) Employee Opportunities Available
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with the Lilac Center provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately26 clients per week; a minimum of 15 clients per week required
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Compensation: Earning potential: $60,000–$70,000 annually based on productivity model; paid bi-weekly (details below)

- Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support
- Telehealth opportunities and flexible scheduling (4-day work week! Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm); additional compensation for evening hours
- Active, unrestricted license: LSCSW or LCPC in Kansas and/or Missouri
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
- Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate.
