Customer Service Representative (CSR)

SoCal Volleyball Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our families, athletes in house. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and a positive experience for everyone involved in our club.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for parents and athletes in personProvide accurate information regarding programs, tryouts, clinics, tournaments, and club policiesAssist with registration, payments, and account managementSupport coaches and leadership with administrative tasksAddress questions and concerns professionally; escalate issues when appropriatePerform light facility upkeep and cleaning as neededAssist with apparel sales and merchandise managementHelp foster a welcoming, organized, and positive club environmentRequired:Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailProficient in email, spreadsheets, and online registration platformsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to lift and push up to 25 lbsFriendly, professional, and solution-oriented demeanorMust be at least 18 years oldAvailability to work evenings and weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
