Overview
We are currently seeking motivated, compassionate, and professional individuals to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a professional office environment. Hours:
Hours: Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Conduct intake interviews with clients
Collect and organize required documentation
Enter and maintain accurate client information
Explain available services and eligibility requirements
Follow up with clients regarding missing paperwork or updates
Work closely with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding
Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds
Basic computer skills required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior office, intake, case management, or customer service experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Must have some office experience
