This effective hourly range includes our attendance incentive program that rewards employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period. Effective earnings include attendance incentive eligibility.Attendance Incentive ProgramEmployees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period are eligible to earn a $240 attendance incentive every two weeks. When earned consistently, this program adds approximately $3.00 per hour in additional earnings.
