The Customer Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by providing timely support and resolving inquiries effectively. This role involves handling customer orders, managing complaints, and collaborating with a medium-sized team to maintain high service standards. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the representative contributes to building strong customer relationships and continuous service improvement.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and handle inquiries promptly
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process orders accurately and manage related data entry
• Collect and document customer feedback
• Manage complaints with professionalism and tact
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Collaborate with a medium team (4-10 members) to achieve service goals

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
