Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Pay: $26 - $40 / hour. This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience.

As an Emergency Veterinary Technician Supervisor, you will…

• Serve as a mentor to staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations.
• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Support and mentor the technicians by utilizing your advanced technical skills.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seeks assistance in resolution.
• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
