Program Manager

Job Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the design, oversight, and continuous improvement of all programmatic services. This position oversees admissions, staffing, service delivery, compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring programs are person-centered, mission-aligned, and compliant with Medicaid and Ohio DODD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all program operations and service delivery
• Manage admissions, enrollment decisions, and coordination with families and service coordinators
• Direct program staffing, supervision, training, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Ohio DODD regulations
• Oversee documentation, quality assurance, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with executive leadership and support Board-level program reporting

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Services or related field
• Minimum 3 years of program leadership experience in developmental disabilities or Medicaid-funded services
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and regulatory compliance
• Proven staff supervision and operational leadership skills

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
