DineAmic Hospitality is seeking Dishwashers who will ensure that we have clean dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment available for service, especially during peak hours. This position helps maintain an organized, sanitary, and efficient kitchen environment, particularly during high-volume periods.

Successful candidates are dependable team members who work efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute positively to the overall success of the restaurant. Dishwashers take pride in supporting the culinary team behind the scenes while ensuring all sanitation and safety standards are consistently met

Essential Responsibilities + Duties

• Collect used dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment from dining and kitchen areas.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines or manual washing procedures.
• Sort, organize, and properly store clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Maintain sufficient inventory of clean service ware to support uninterrupted restaurant operations.
• Monitor dishwashing equipment and promptly report operational or maintenance issues to management.
• Verify proper sanitation standards by routinely monitoring water temperatures and cleaning procedures.
• Remove trash and recycling regularly and maintain a clean, organized dish area.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout kitchen support areas.
• Follow all company policies, food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and local health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to support operational efficiency.
• Complete additional duties as assigned within the scope of the role.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant kitchen experience required; high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid Food Handler Certification required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands + Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)
• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and repetitive motion
• Continuous movement in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to complete tasks that require repetitive motion.
• Must be able to work safely around hot water, cleaning chemicals, kitchen equipment, and slippery surfaces.
