• Skills: Abdominoplasty, Ambulatory OR, Ankle fusion, Breast augmentation, Bunionectomy, Cholecystectomy, Endoscopic sinus procedures, Fat Grafting, Free Flap - Microvascular, Hallux vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Laryngectomy, Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction, Metatarsal surgery, Myringotomy with tubes, Pediatric dentistry, Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tonsillectomy/adenoids, Tracheostomy

Travel Compliance:

• Local Radius: RN/LVN: 150 miles Allied/CNA: 50 miles
• Local Rule: not accepted Return traveler Status. Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler
• Labs: Clinicians must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place for completion in that timeframe
• Charting: Altera experience preferred, not required
• Travel experience preferred
• Hard document due date: Thursday 2pm CST prior to start. May be flexible on a case by case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by doc due date
• Modules: Modules are non-billable and factored in NBO, average 6-8 hours Modules are completed during orientation
