Landscape Installation Team Member

Starting at $25/hour + $650 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | Year-Round Work

Sign-On Bonus Available

$250 paid after 30 days of employment
$400 paid after 90 days of employment
Must remain actively employed and in good standing to qualify

What You'll Do

Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and landscape materials
Assist with irrigation installation and repairs
Install hardscape and outdoor living features
Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work closely with crew members to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of landscape installation experience
Knowledge of plants, turf, irrigation, pruning, and mulching
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Valid driver's license required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants encouraged to apply
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
