The Opportunity: General Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Reports to: Executive Leadership

Position Overview

The General Manager will lead the launch and day-to-day leadership of a new Denver operation, with full responsibility for team performance, execution, and business results. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate strategy into action, build accountability, and create a strong foundation for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and lead the local operation
Oversee daily business performance and service execution
Build structure, accountability, and operating discipline
Drive revenue growth and branch profitability
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Improve processes, consistency, and execution
Support local market growth and expansion efforts
Partner with senior leadership on strategic priorities

Key Qualifications / Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in operational, team-based, or execution-focused environments. They have a proven ability to drive results through people, build accountability, and lead with resilience, ownership, and sound judgment. This role is best suited for an entrepreneurial leader who is motivated to win and seeks meaningful ownership in the operation, its performance, and its long-term growth.

Work Environment & Travel

This role requires a strong on-site leadership presence and active day-to-day engagement with the local team.
