Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, starting at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year. Schedule: Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Based upon patient attendance). Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days—no guilt, just rest. Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children, designed to prevent burnout. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance: BCBAs guided by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry leaders such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, additional funds to attend further training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events. Your Role Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
