Shift: 7A - 5:30P. Must work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role includes the management of patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of treatment protocols. The nurse will work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals within a float unit specializing in psychiatric and rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments upon admission and throughout the patient's stay.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education and support to families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in psychiatric and rehabilitation nursing preferred.
