Job Description Job Summary Operates as a learning contributor who turns data into clarity. Applies structured thinking to explore healthcare and operational data and produce reliable insights that support decision-making, cost-containment strategies, and business performance improvement. Works with complex datasets to design, develop, validate, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools while building understanding of how data connects to business outcomes. Begins to demonstrate initiative by surfacing issues, asking better questions, and suggesting direction within assigned work, building the judgment needed to support effective decisions. Job Duties Explores healthcareand operational datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and signals that inform decision-making Develops, validates, and maintains reports using tools and platforms such as Structured Query Language (SQL) and Databricks, along with Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI), and other analytics platforms, ensuring outputs are accurate, traceable, and repeatable Organizes and documents datasets and workflows so work can be understood, reproduced, and maintained Builds dashboards and reporting solutions that make utilization, cost, and operational performance visible and actionable Summarizes findings in a way that helps stakeholders understand what the data shows and what it means Supports regulatory and enterprise reporting with attention to completeness, compliance, and data integrity Identifies issues in data or reporting and raises questions and suggested approaches Collaborates with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and confirm shared understanding Contributes to projects and data requests by owning defined pieces of work and communicating progress clearly Job Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or healthcare analytics, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with SQL, Excel, and reporting/analytics tools; able to learn new technologies quickly. Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in data validation, report development, and documentation. Collaboration & Communication: Works effectively with cross functional teams to clarify requirements and present findings. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, MedInsight, or similar tools. Knowledge of healthcare utilization metrics, medical cost analysis, and performance indicators. Familiarity with predictive modeling concepts and trend forecasting.
