The facility specializes in high-mix, low volume production and also offers sub-assembly, integration, New Product Introduction services, and clean roomassembly. Job Purpose Sanmina is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to temporarily support the Plant Manager. The role requires a proactive professional who can balance traditional administrative duties with the technical demands of a data-driven environment. We are looking for a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who loves a clean spreadsheet as much as a perfectly managed calendar. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys turning messy information into organized, actionable data, this is a position for you. Nature of Duties Responsibilities Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. Maintaining and updating master spreadsheets. Creating weekly/monthly reports using pivot tables and vlookup/xlookup to summarize large datasets for management. Data cleaning. Standardizing messy data (removing duplicates, reformatting dates or splitting strings) May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company. Education and Experience Requires a minimum of 1-2years of MS Office experience especially Excel High School diploma or GED equivalent New College GradPreferred. Strong MS Office experience especially Excel Good communication skills. High attention to detail and time management. Must be an organized individual.
