In this vital role, you will influence infrastructure investment decisions, develop economic frameworks, and assist clients with intricate commercial and strategic issues. Partnering with senior executives and client leadership teams, you will provide board-level advisory services, drawing on your extensive expertise in economics, market trends, and strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Advisory: Lead economic and strategic engagements for infrastructure clients, focusing on market entry, investment prioritization, and commercial structuring. Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and board stakeholders, providing insights that influence long‑term business decisions. Thought Leadership: Represent GHD in industry forums, publish insights on infrastructure economics, and shape market discourse. Market Development: Identify emerging trends, establish strategic partnerships, and expand GHD Advisory's influence in key sectors. Commercial Strategy: Oversee the creation of business cases, economic impact assessments, and strategic option analyses for high‑profile projects. Capability Building: Mentor senior consultants and enhance organizational expertise in economics and strategy. Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with premier clients, ensuring exceptional value delivery. Corporate Social Responsibility: Develop and manage a strategic corporate social responsibility framework. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage stakeholders, developing comprehensive engagement plans to address their needs and concerns. Leadership and Direction: Communicate and implement the strategy to inspire your team to achieve extraordinary business goals. Performance Management: Report on performance metrics, set objectives for direct reports, and ensure accountability for achieving annual goals. Business Planning: Lead the formulation of annual and long‑term business plans aligning with organizational strategy. Strategy Formation and Implementation: Develop and execute strategies for significant areas of responsibility, addressing complex challenges and opportunities. Corporate Strategy Development: Contribute to the corporate strategy of the organization by applying functional expertise. Functional Strategy Development: Spearhead the strategy formulation and implementation within your area, ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives. Education Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Experience 15+ years in infrastructure economics, strategy consulting, or commercial advisory. Proven experience advising executive leadership and boards on strategic decisions. Strong understanding of infrastructure markets, regulatory frameworks, and investment drivers. Exceptional analytical abilities, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
