Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA

Overview We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) who desires a career that matters in a community that values their expertise. Job Types Full‑time 1st shift Part‑time 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift PRN Pay Starting from $18.50, increases with experience. Shift Differential $3.00/hour for 2nd shift $1.50/hour for 3rd shift Responsibilities Care for residents who need assistance with day‑to‑day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care. Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse. Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation. Plan and cook their favorite foods and eat a meal with them. Perform laundry and light housekeeping tasks. Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
