Salary Range: Average first-year agents gross $175-$280K per year with bonuses.

What You'll Do:
- Build, manage, and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency
- Provide insurance solutions to clients including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
- Hire and manage a team (optional)
- Create lasting relationships in your community as a trusted advisor
