Expert Interviewer for AI Panel Recruitment [Remote]

Conduct structured, evidence-focused interviews to evaluate shortlisted subject-matter experts in Law, Finance, Healthcare, and Engineering for an AI pre-training data engagement, and deliver clear recommendations to the program team.

• Run approximately 20-minute, rubric-driven interviews that assess domain depth, communication skills, and suitability for AI evaluation work.
• Confirm each expert''s availability, work authorization status, and any exclusivity constraints, and surface any red flags to the program team.
• Assign a tiered disposition to each candidate, using advance, hold, or pass labels, and produce a concise, evidence-based summary for each interview.
• Coordinate scheduling with experts during weekday business hours, with most participants based in Eastern Standard Time, and keep interviews on time while maintaining a warm, professional tone.

• Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing, or vetting subject-matter experts, with comfort assessing senior professionals.
• Strong verbal communication, structured judgment, and the ability to run timeboxed interviews that yield actionable assessments.
• Familiarity or comfort working with experts in at least one of these domains: Law, Finance, Healthcare, Engineering.
• Availability that overlaps Eastern Standard Time business hours on weekdays.

• Location: Remote, United States only; candidate should be based in the US and able to work remotely.
• Engagement type: hourly, W-2 employment through the hiring employer of record.
• Typical commitment: about 10 hours per week, fully remote.
• Interview length: about 20 minutes per expert, scheduled during weekday business hours, primarily EST.

• Pay rate: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.
